Paul Rosenbaum

Mr. Rosenbaum is currently serving as CEO of SWR Corporation--SWR

Corp. is a private company based in Portland, Oregon and Detroit,
Michigan. SWR designs, sells, and markets specialty industrial chemical
in 9 countries plus the US. During his career as a legislator and in private
practice, Mr. Rosenbaum acquired extensive knowledge of U.S. banking
and insurance law. He served in the Michigan Legislature from 1972 to
1978, during which time he chaired the House Judiciary Committee, was
CHAIRMAN
legal counsel to the Speaker of the House and wrote and sponsored the

Michigan Administrative Procedures Act. Additionally, Mr. Rosenbaum
served on the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State
Laws, as vice chairman of the Criminal Justice and Consumer Affairs
Committee. From 2000 through 2009 he was Chairman of the Board
& CEO of Rentrak Corporation. Mr. Rosenbaum was appointed by
Oregon governor Ted Kulongoski to serve on the nine-member Board
of Commissioners for the Port of Portland. Mr Rosenbaum was Vice
Chairmen of the Port from 2011-2014. Mr. Rosenbaum has served as
President of the Providence St. Vincent Medical Foundation Council

of Trustees. from 2015-2017 and also sits on the Providence Heart &
Vascular Institute Board. During the last 20 years he has sat on numerous
Public and Private Boards throughout the country. Governor Brown
of Oregon appointed Mr. Rosenbaum as Chairperson of the Oregon
Liquor Control Commission in March of 2017; he is presently serving in
that position.
