Martin Manahan

Mr. Manahan currently serves as the Director of Operations, Business

Development and Public Works for the City of St. Albans., Mr. Manahan
served as the Chairman of the Vermont Liquor and Lottery Departments
since their merger in July of 2018. Previous to that Mr. Manahan served
as the Chairman of the Board of the Vermont Liquor Control being
appointed by the Honorable Phil Scott. From 2006 thru 2012, Mr.
Manahan served as the Mayor of the City of St. Albans, and previous to
CHAIRMAN
that, he served five years on the City Council. Mr. Manahan also serves

on the Northwest Regional Planning Board, the St. Albans For The
Future and the Board of Civil Authority. Mr. Manahan lives in Northwest
Vermont with his wife Lisa and four children.
