INSTRUCTIONS for NEW PRODUCTS
The Ballroom will again feature a separate New Products Bar for the display and dispensing of distilled spirits,
wines and specialties introduced SINCE JUNE 1, 2015. Please do not send new products which were displayed
on the New Products Bar last year!
1. LABELS: For new products use the enclosed GREEN LABELS when shipping new
products to the hotel. Attach a label to the side of each case.
2. DELIVERIES: Please schedule deliveries to the hotel, between 11 12 1
9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday, May 16th. All deliveries must be 10 2
PREPAID.

3. BOTTLE SIZE: Only LITERS or 750 ml bottles will be displayed. Test tubes/shooters
will not be displayed on the New Products Bar. Wine coolers & pre-mixed cocktails
requiring refrigeration should be no larger than 12 oz.
4. NUMBER of NEW PRODUCT CONTRIBUTIONS:
DISTILLED SPIRITS: Limit your contributions to (4) SKU’s
(2) Bottles maximum per brand
WINES: Limit your contributions to (2) SKU’s
(2) Bottles maximum per brand
SPECIALTY ITEMS: Limited to (4) SKU’s
Wine Coolers (12%), and Cocktails (10% and less) are limited to
(4) Bottles maximum per SKU
5. LIST of CONTRIBUTIONS: To ensure that your NEW PRODUCTS are displayed M6AthY
and dispensed during the Annual Conference, please complete and RETURN
ATTACHMENT “C” by Monday, May 6, 2016 to Robin Dubendorf as outlined in
“General Instructions”. This will enable us to inventory your products and let you
know of any discrepancies.
SHIPMENTS OF PRODUCTS MUST COMPLY WITH FLORIDA REGULATIONS.
