INSTRUCTIONS for TOWN CENTER OUTLET,
TRADE SHOW, or PERSONAL USE PRODUCTS

1.	 LABELS: Products intended for Town Center Outlet use, Industry Trade Show use, or
   Personal suite use, please apply the enclosed PINK labels on cases when shipping your
   products to the hotel. Attach a label to the side of each case.

2.	 DELIVERIES: Please schedule deliveries to the hotel, between 9:00 AM                     11 12 1
   and 5:00 PM, Monday, May 16th. All deliveries must be PREPAID.                          10 2

3.	 CORKAGE FEE: A corkage fee will be assessed on every bottle that is                   93

delivered to a Town Center Outlet or Trade Show booth even if the bottles
remain unopened. The corkage charge will be applied to the individual’s room account, or
company’s master account, based on the following schedule:

Distilled Spirits 	  $8.00 per bottle

Wines			             $6.00 per bottle

Beer/Cocktails		     $2.50 per can/bottle

Note: Above prices are subject to tax and a delivery charge.

4.	 BOTTLE SIZE: Do not send miniatures, as they are not permitted! Any TTB approved size with the exception
   of miniatures, are acceptable for Town Center Outlet, Trade Show booth, or personal suite use.

5.	 LIST of CONTRIBUTIONS: Complete and return ATTACHMENT “B” BY Monday,                  M6AthY
   May 6, 2016, to Robin Dubendorf at NABCA, as outlined in “General Instructions”. This
   will enable us to inventory your products and let you know of any discrepancies.

6.	 PICKUP: This year we hope to have your merchandise delivered to your Town Center Outlet as you arrive.
   Trade Show participants - We will deliver your merchandise to your booth by 9:00 AM on the first day of the
   Trade Show. If you have any questions regarding your merchandise during the conference, please contact
   Robin Dubendorf, at the NABCA liquor storage area, located in the Orange Ballroom Salon C.

7.	 Each Official Town Center Outlet or Trade Show Booth Representative as identified on the registration form
   must meet with NABCA staff, before opening an Outlet or Booth at the NABCA Annual Conference. This
   individual will receive special identification as the person responsible for appropriate operation of the Outlet/
   Booth. It is strongly recommended by NABCA that all Official Outlet and Booth Representatives attend
   a server/seller training course in advance of the Conference. No formal training will be administered at
   the conference.

    SHIPMENTS OF PRODUCTS MUST COMPLY WITH FLORIDA REGULATIONS.
