INSTRUCTIONS for BALLROOM PRODUCTS
(Ballroom Bars, Chill Boxes, and Wine Garden)
1. LABELS for BALLROOM PRODUCTS: Use the enclosed BLUE labels on cases when
shipping products to the hotel. Attach a label to the side of each case.
2. DELIVERIES: Please schedule deliveries to the hotel, between 9:00 AM 11 12 1
and 5:00 PM, Monday, May 16th. All deliveries must be PREPAID. 10 2

3. BOTTLE SIZE: Only LITERS or 750 ml. bottles will be displayed. Test tubes/shooters
will not be displayed on Ballroom Bars. Wine coolers & RTD’s requiring refrigeration
should be no larger than 12 oz.
4. NUMBER of CONTRIBUTIONS: Ballroom Bars, Chill Boxes, and Wine Garden
DISTILLED SPIRITS: Limit your contributions to (3) SKU’s; this limitation does not apply
to exempt brands. Please refer to “Exempt Brands” in the General
Instructions.
(4) Bottles minimum per brand,

WINES: Limit your contributions to (8) SKU’s
(6) Bottles minimum per brand
(2) Cases maximum per brand
BEER: Limit your contributions to (4) SKU’s

SPECIALTY ITEMS: Wine Coolers (12%), and RTD’s (10% and less) are limited to (4) SKU’s
(6) Bottles maximum per brand.
5. LIST of CONTRIBUTIONS: Complete and return ATTACHMENT “A” BY Monday, May 6, M6AthY
2016, to Robin Dubendorf at NABCA, as outlined in “General Instructions”. This will enable us
to inventory your products and let you know of any discrepancies.
SHIPMENTS OF MERCHANDISE MUST COMPLY WITH FLORIDA REGULATIONS.
