Hello colleagues.

Welcome to the final edition of the Numark Membership magazine for 2024, and in
keeping with the spirit of this time of year, I will break into song to say that on the 12
days of Christmas, Numark gave to me… 12 principles!
We will now go to the most recognisable part of that song and say that we gave you:

Contained within the magazine itself is an extensive piece on our 12 principles for the
future of community pharmacy practice and I hope you find them engaging and will
participate in the debate.

The Numark team will be referencing these as we develop our series of propositions,
ensuring we adapt to make the delivery of care to your patients and communities
as simple and easy within your pharmacies as possible. This focus on your needs is
something that struck me when I joined Numark earlier this year and continues to
impress me. All members of the Numark team are dedicated to making things better
for your business, financially and clinically.
As it is now approaching the Christmas period, I'd like to take this opportunity to wish
you every success over the festive break, and hope you manage to get some time to
yourself and with your families. For my colleagues who don't celebrate this time of
year, I would like to thank you for continuing to provide access to all the services that
our communities enjoy all year round over this period.
I would like to conclude by sending my best wishes to everyone for helping at the
busiest time of the year for the community pharmacy network and I look forward to
welcoming you to 2025 in the next edition.
