Regulation of Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology
on the Student’s Code of Conduct in Examination, B.E. 2550 (A.D. 2007)
1. This regulation shall be called “Regulation of Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology
on the Student’s Code of Conduct in Examination, B.E. 2550”
2. This regulation shall be in effect from the academic year 2007 onwards.
3. In this Regulation:
“Institute” means Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology
“Faculty” means Academic faculty that students are affiliated with
“Examination” means The midterm or final examination in each
academic semester of the academic year
“Invigilator” means Faculty members or staff appointed by the
Institute to supervise the student’s examination
“Examination Paper” means Questions sheets, answer sheets, answer booklet
produced by the Institute or Faculty for the
examination
“Examinee” means Students in all levels and programs of Thai-Nichi
Institute of Technology
“In Suspicious of means Any suspicious action stated in the Announcement
Exam Cheating” on Guideline for Disciplinary Action on Examination
Cheating or Misconduct B.E. 2550
“Exam Cheating” means Any wrong doing stated in the Announcement on
Guideline for Disciplinary Action on Examination
Cheating or Misconduct B.E. 2550
“Exam Center” means Office of Registrar or any other office occasionally
appointed for the task
4. The students must attend the examination on the time, date, and place as
indicated in official announcement from the Institute or the Faculty. The student who does not
follow the above statement will be deemed as absentee.
5. The students must obey the invigilator. If not, the invigilator has the right to
disallow student to enter the examination room for that subject.
