Tomatoes have two main types.
1. The species to sell in the fresh
market.
The big size to use with salad and
to decollate the dishes. For
example, Foradel and Master size 3
species.
Description
- round like an apple
- unripe green and ripe, bright red
- a lot of flesh inside, not empty
- thick, hard, not sticky skin and good taste
The small size to cook with local
food for example, Sida and
Hangchat species.
