The decade finished with an important event in my work life, I was part of a team that wanted to establish an accredited valuation course within the AIBB. It involved a lot of time, commitment, and hard work to piece together an accreditation course that would become known as the AIBB-RBV Registered Business Valuer. The first course was launched in August 2009 which I attended and completed, acquiring a registration number - 200914. To date it is a credible accreditation accepted by the judiciary and the business community. I have completed a substantial number of valuations and learnt so much from the process. To date I am part of the AIBB Education and Training committee planning, writing, and delivering courses.
