Organizing a TTMA convention requires many months of preparation and planning. TTMA members play a very active

role in the planning and execution of each annual convention, a fact that sets TTMA apart from many other professional

trade associations of its kind. The TTMA Convention Committee is the group that we most need to thank for every
     successful annual convention.

The Convention Committee, chaired by Rick Mullininx, Great Dane Trailers, is comprised of two subgroups: the

Hospitality Committee and the Sports Committee. Committee members are all volunteers from the Associate
Membership of TTMA. They meet twice a year; once in conjunction with the Fall Board Meeting and once again in

January at the site of the upcoming convention.

The Associates’ Policy Committee, chaired by Jay Davenport, Maxxima, is comprised of all Past Associates’ Chairmen

and is responsible for choosing the speakers and topics for the conventions.

The Sports Committee, chaired by John Carr, Havco Wood Products LLC, is responsible for organizing and managing all

sports events planned for the convention, primarily golf and tennis. This committee also is responsible for gathering all

donations of golf and tennis balls, golf tees, towels, and other items used by participants in these events.

The Hospitality Committee, chaired by Chuck Oakes, Whiting Door Manufacturing Corp., greets arrivals and ensures
that they are properly registered. They also introduce First T ime Attendees to veteran attendees to assist them in
feeling welcomed and informed on all meetings and social act ivities. Lastly, it is their responsibility to establish a
theme for the Associates’ Reception and select the entertainment for the Associates’ Dinner and other non-sports

     activities.

(Left to Right) Chairman for Associates Denny Weisend, Maxion Wheels,

accepts a plaque from Vice Chairman for Associates, Todd Hershberger, Alcoa
Wheel & Transportation Products, in recognition of his service to TTMA.

TTMA would like to extend a genuine
                                                          thanks to the truly appreciated
