Passion..... Hello friends, I am Chhaya Zende and
Gardening is my passion. We are three time winners
a dash of spice of Terrace Gardening competition organised by
that adds zing to life "Paryavaran Dakshata Manch" of Thane as we have

Dear Fellow Rotarians ,
Heartiest Congratulation to all of you as during month number of projects we have carried out. First project i.e. 3 Walkathon where water

station was supported by ARCOT, where our club was convener. Huge Holdings of 55 feet at Cadbury was the center of attraction for all
Thanekars.
We were the Platinum co-host for supporting TRF seminar ‘KUBER’ where we proved that Let us come together & show the strength of all
the clubs and be that Unees Bees Ka Farak ,at the same time the cheque of Rs 57,00,000/- to DG Mohan by IPP Satish on behalf of Birla
vanya Reality.
As we organized special workshop for Rotary Youth Exchange Students named as “Shankha Sadhana” Where we proved them that in Indian Culture where
Shankha is for worship as well as blowing of shankha is very important for Health. Students from Brazil, Spain were enjoyed the workshop.
Our Highlighted and Dist. 3142 promoted project i.e. Flood Relief to Sangli Dist. Where all useful amenities were provided by our club. This project was done
with the help of two Rotract clubs of Sangli & Rotary club of Krishna Valley Sangli. It was inter District Project i.e. RI Dist. 3142 and RI Dist.3170.
We provided monthly food to cancer patients of Access life who support the cancer Braveheart. Another Great Community Service Project Organized by our
club with the help of famous Newspaper Thane Vaibhav, for which PP Milind Ballal extended his hands with full support. Prize distribution for Ganapati Decoration
Competition was held at Kashinath Ghanekar Auditorium where Deputy Commissioner of police Mr. Avinash Ambure were Chief guest. The Norms, we put for prize
distribution in view of community service for Ganesh Mandals i.e. Inform to respective police station regarding the complete iternary viz mandal, sound system set up and
online offline window system for permission, as well as Adherence of sound pollution Norms, Security measures in place to tackle Bomb Blast for Terrorist Attack etc. were
admitted by the civilians.
As per the directives given by R I President Mark Danial Maloney, Rotractos were also involved for such useful community services. We also enjoyed incoming
ceremony of Rtr Chinmyee Kelkar & her team on 27 Sept.2019 at 7pm onward at Kashinath Ghanekar Mini Auditorium Thane with concept ‘Jayatu Sanskrutam’. All the

On Monday 30 Sept, we carried out 2 more projects for Community viz COLS – Compression only Life support for Shivsamarth School staff & Eye check-up

camp for Interact school.
In 2019-2020 we are accepting the challenges to more strengthen the club many ways that Rotary connect the world. Myself with Chhaya appeal to my all dear
members to unite and take meaningful action through Rotary which is desire of DG Mohan too, who is always Guideline to us.
