In 2016, Olamilekan
Daramola (Left), gave
a presentation on
Nigeria. Other
students gave
presentations on
Ghana, Tanzania,
Democratic Republic In 2017, Olaotan Fade (above) a VIU Student gave
of the Congo and
a presentation about Nigeria. He also sang and
Egypt. dance to his own music. He had the crowd
cheering him on.
In 2017, an Egyptian Folklore Dancer (above) also
came to demonstrate traditional dance. Dr.
Chakib Chraibi (above) joined her during one of
the dances.
In 2017, Ethiopian Dancers (above) came
to VIU to perform several traditional
dances.
In 2017, the African Pride Club (below) did a fashion
show showing the traditional African attire.
