     There is an adage that ?Patience fruit is sweet? and ?Striving never goes Reagan?, In PTCL Contact Center we
     have witnessed many alike and one success story is followed below.
     Mr. Muhammad Sohaibis the CCR of Contact Center Rawalpindi who once was a Ticket Collector & Conductor
     in Rawalpindi but he kept his studies continued through his hard-earned money.

     During his struggling time, he continued his studies and completed his B.A/B.A.E. D degree from ?Allama Iqbal
     Open University?, Rawalpindi and then joined PTCL Contact Center.
     In beginning, he faced lot of difficulties like handling system, managing product knowledge and
     Communication skills, he also received a ?Warning Letter? against poor performance but he stood hard against
     the challenges and fought against each hurdle via acquiring necessary skills. Eventually with his robust
     commitment and ward work he became the?Agent  Of t he Mont h?.
     The Road to success is not easy to navigate but with hard work, drive and passion, it?s possible to achieve the
