          One of the annual highlights of the SCHLiNGEL INDUSTRY FORUM is the ComingSoon project work-
          shop, which offers first glimpses of future children’s film hits and where filmmakers will answer all
          questions from the attending expert audience. The presentations will also be available online to
          the accredited international professional audience.

          The event will take place in cooperation with Creative Europe Desk Berlin-Brandenburg on Tues-
          day, October 12, 2021, from 2:00 pm, at Hotel Chemnitzer Hof.                             Alfons Jitterbit 2

          Alfons Jitterbit 2                                                                         Tales of Franz
          Germany  Directed by Mark Schlichter
          We are excited to hear the sequel’s presentation to Alfons Jitterbit by the producer Nicole Kellerhalt
          (X Filme Creative Pool GmbH). She will present what endearing Alfons is up to once again, though
          older but no less chaotic than before.

          Tales of Franz
          Austria, Germany  Directed by Johannes Schmid
          Producer Katharina Posch (Nikolaus Geyrhalter Filmproduktion GmbH) will present a big-screen ad-
          venture for the whole family, Tales of Franz, which is based on the timeless children’s book classic.

          Apocalypse Meow
          Canada  Directed by Martin Cadotte
          A family adventure about the exciting travels of little Mimi and her friends, who are looking for
          Mimi’s cat, which seems to have disappeared. The producer, Adrien Bodson (Orangemedias), will
          be on-site to answer questions regarding the project.

          Mein Lotta-Leben 2 – Alles Tschaka mit Alpaka
          Germany  Regie Martina Plura
          Martina Plura’s film tells the story of Lotta Petermann’s first-ever class trip, which has many ad-
          ventures to offer. But will she and her gang, the Wild Rabbits, be able to solve the secret mystery   Mein Lotta-Leben 2 – Alles Tschaka
          on the island of Amrum? The producers Dagmar Blume-Niehage (Dagstar Film GmbH) and Philipp   mit Alpaka
          Budweg (Lieblingsfilm GmbH) will present their project about friendship, adventure and secretive
          mysteries.

          The Mucklas
          Germany, Luxembourg  Directed by Ali Samadi Ahadi  Co-Director Markus Dietrich
          Based on the characters from “Pettersson and Findus” by Sven Nordqvist, the film tells the story
          of the Mucklas, who have made themselves a home in Hansson’s wonderful and chaotic store. Tho-
          mas Springer (Tradewind Pictures) will have many details ready to share about the film.

          Beanie
          Slovenia, Croatia, Denmark, Sweden  Directed by Slobodan Maksimović
          The Beanie tells the story of a boy who has nothing and a girl who seems to have everything. By
          coincidence, they meet and experience a true Christmas adventure. The film is produced by Ida
          Weiss and will be directed by Slobodan Maksimović (Nika) based on the script by Saša Eržen.
