It was the proud moment for our school when our group song and Hindi poem bagged

first position at regional level. Our eleven students selected for their further participation in

Nationals.
KV Rishikesh kept the tradition alive by bringing laurels to the Vidyalaya when Tarun

Sharma of class XI school first at National level for his outstanding performance in Hindi

poem recitation. Our overall presentations were praise worthy.

The coordination and support of parents are the investment that we need to increase our school
human capital formation, and KV Rishikesh is rich enough in this regard. Vidyalaya must thank

all the parents for their whole-hearted support in achieving the goals. We envisage for ourselves

in the domain of education. Regular PTMs were held in the school after each test and exam.

Music Department
Student of class I to VIII are trained in various musical instruments like Harmonium, Tabla,

Kongo, Octopad etc. For making their personality strong and vibrant, various musical activities
are planned. A group of 10 students stood first in Regional Social Science Exhibition.

Afterwards this national team went to Kerala for Cultural Exchange Programme.

3. Suraj Arya XII B – Cricket

B) Shiwani Bisht XII A, represented Uttarakhand in North Zone Pradhan Mantra Urja Cup
from 6 to 13 June 2017. She has also participated in Junior National Girls football

competition held in Orissa in the month of August from 10 to 26, 2017.
