General Information: Roster and Artwork Approval:
· CHAMPRO Sports reserves the right to adjust artwork to fit the garment. · CHAMPRO Sports will send an e-mail with order acknowledgement and proof of the order
Artwork Submission: · Customer must review the order, proof for accuracy, and approve for production. $10 charge
for subsequent proofs
· Contact our customer service representative for an electronic copy of the order form · Production and lead time will not begin until a written artwork and roster approval is
· Fill-out the electronic form and e-mail it to decoratedstock@champrosports.com received by CHAMPRO Sports
· Orders will not be accepted without the electronic roster file filled out · CHAMPRO will acknowledge receipt of approval and confirm lead times
Acceptable Artwork Formats: · No changes to an order will be accepted after artwork and roster approval is received; any
changes needed will have to be submitted as a new order.
· We accept print ready files in the following formats: AI, PSD, TIFF, and EPS.
· Files that require conversion will incur graphic handling charges at the standard graphic Shortages/Claims:
design rate. · Any claims or shortages with your order must be reported within 10 working days of
· EPS files: All text in EPS files should be converted to outlines and links should be embedded. receipt of goods

Graphic Design Services:
· Our professional graphic design services are charged at the rate of $40/per hour, with a
minimum of one hour. Please contact us for an estimate.
