EXERCISE 1: Plan the Review Process: 20 mins IF TIME ALLOWS
In your teams, refer to the Business Value Practitioner Case Study (both parts)
where necessary to complete the following, based upon the implementation
roadmap you created in the previous exercise and assuming the customer
accepts the roadmap and goes ahead:
• Determine what results you will be looking for from your customer business
review process with this customer
• Determine who you will invite to your customer business reviews (customer
and internal) and how often you will run them
• Create an outline agenda with timings, roles and responsibilities
