• What does this business do? (ie describe this company as if to a team
member in one or two sentences or paragraphs)
• What is the high level vision for this business? (ie explain what the
business is trying to achieve)
• What further information might it be useful to know in order to help them
turn their business strategies into successful business outcomes?
