priorities the business drivers for IT from
the business (LoB) perspective

2. IT: Build the IT Value Map to demonstrate
how IT is structured to deliver value and
how success will be measured

3. Roadmap: Identify and prioritise the key
programs and projects that will deliver
the biggest impact, for this year, the next
3 years and beyond
