• Develop a fundamental understanding of the DaaS with Citrix technical components
     to be confident in articulating the proposition building blocks.

• Have a clear understanding of Cisco’s Desktop as a Service (with Citrix) market
     position, their sales strengths and differentiation

• Apply a 5-Step (repeatable) framework for selling DaaS and building growing
     revenues through Adoption and Consumption.

• Be competent in applying the necessary sales skills to identify potential sales
     opportunities and start the process of developing a sales pipeline.

• Be able to describe the appropriate business value of this service at different levels
     and across different Lines of Business of a customer’s organization.

• Be able to articulate the Business Case for a Cloud based (as-a-Service) solution.
