Customer (& Partner) Incentive
New Adoption Acceleration Incentive for customers has been designed
to drive a strong "customer pull" for partner adoption services.
Effective Q4, each new Collaboration Enterprise Licensing Agreement
(ELA) customer will receive a voucher that they can redeem for adoption
services with a qualified Cisco Collaboration partner.
Depending on the size of the Collaboration ELA, the voucher can be
redeemed for up to $100,000 of partner adoption services
engagements. This customer offer will complement the existing partner
software lifecycle incentives: Software Activation Incentive (SAI) and
Collaboration Adoption Incentive (CAI). $25k Adoption Credit blocks
depending on ELA size.
