I. New Equipment or Upgrades or Migration?

          Gateways/Router /Switches (Smartnet for all devices for the duration of the contract)
          Voice Capable Devices – Voice Priority/VLANS
          BEWARE: EOS/EOL Replacements (know this during the life of the contract
          SRST/SRSV Network Modules for local routers (for local redundancy for voice mail)
          DSP (Local router or DSP Server farm?)
          Routers for alternate carriers (if planned for the solution)
          VPN Architecture
          Software Support (for any software applications)
          Phones (must include Smartnet for all devices for the duration of the contract)

II. Peripheral CUCM Applications - AA, Advanced Paging, or others required?

          Servers if required on customer premises and no co-resident in the HCS
