3rd Party Applications

• CUCM Applications ordered may or may be able to be co-resident on
the platform. If they are co-resident, you do not need to order a server.
If they want the application at their premises, then you would need to
order servers. (i.e. Advanced Paging or Auto Attendant, others)

• Third party applications are available to be connected to the HCS
Platform however these applications cannot be co-resident in the HCS
Platform Architecture collocation space. They must be in customer
collocation or on site.

• Bandwidth Reminder:

• Bandwidth requirements need to be designed by the SE and accounted for in all
bandwidth required to HCS if needed. This integration/facilitation needs to be
discussed with the vendor of the application or customer.
