Thermal Bonding the Liner

1. Using leftover material from cutting out the stanchions, cut 2 to 4 inch
wide strips of liner material equal to the length of the length of the

seams being bonded on the “front” through cuts on the liner.

CAUTION: Prior to bonding

take the necessary ventilation
steps and insure any residual
smoke that may come from over

heating the liner during Thermal
Bonding is addressed.
