Thermal Bonding the Liner (continued)
2. Prepare for Bonding
• Clean working area
• No debris between parts being bond
• Clean nozzle
• Preheat thermal bonding unit to 525° F
• Allow 10 minutes for thermal bonding unit to stabilize to
temperature
CAUTION: Be mindful of the
positioning of the thermal
bonding unit at all times.
