Q: What if I am unsure if the neutralizing material is still active?
A: EnviroGuard has always had the policy that a new pillow will be shipped at no charge to the end user and the pillow be tested
for proper pH at no cost except for freight. A warranty evaluation form needs to be completed.
Q: Is training available on the care and maintenance of the spill containment systems?
A: Yes, we have webinars available for maintenance personnel. For more information, go to www.egsintl.com and request
training and you will be contacted or you may call EnviroGuard directly at 800-206-9884.
Q: Is installer training available?
A: Yes, we do have both online instructions and retrofit instructions that have been reviewed and approved by Underwriters
Laboratories to ensure proper system installation.
Q: Is it necessary to be factory trained to install EnviroGuard Spill Containment?
A: No, anyone can install the spill containment as long as the set up instructions are properly followed.
