held their glasses toward the guard, and finished their drink. Both headed for the door feeling relaxed.
“Welcome back, gentlemen,” said Corin. “Any complaints on your meals?”
“No. Everything was excellent,” said Tom. “Are you ready for us to proceed?”
“When you are ready,” said Corin. Tom started his presenta- tion by explaining how he had set up the system the way Corin had ordered. Tom acted as Corin and Paul acted as an assassin for the demonstration. Both men proceeded to separate tables as Corin dismissed his guards. Tom brought up the screen contain- ing contact information for the killers called cleaners as Paul’s computer booted up. Corin looked at the two on large projector screens connected to both computers interface.
At the cleaner screen, Tom doubled clicked the first name which automatically dialed a present number and sent a mes- sage to Paul’s pager and opened an Internet address. Paul turned off the pager indicating the cleaner had received the message from the computer program. Tom’s monitor changed to show a picture of the cleaner in the top left with several multicolored buttons denoting options. When Tom hit the mission button, the screen cleared changing to a single question: Mission Type? He typed “liquidate” at the prompt and hit the enter key. Then an- other question: Name of Victim? Tom placed false information in the fields going down the line of questions. The last question: Photograph included? He reached into an envelope and pulled out a photograph Corin had provided. He turned the photo over and froze at the picture of Tina, Corin’s late daughter.
He looked up from the picture at Corin who was already wait- ing for their eyes to meet. Turning the picture over, Tom placed it face down on the scanner, and transmitted it to the computer. Next he removed the picture from the scanner, replaced it in the envelope, and continued the demonstration. He pressed another button moving to the payment screen and used a series of but- tons to navigate through payment options. The presentation
