Office Hours of Operation
• The office employees must be prepared to serve our clients in the office during public business hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
• Preparation for the office work day should occur prior to 8:30 am.
• Office managers are expected to work beyond office hours to handle open client issues and new requests for service that occur during office hours. All uncovered shifts through the next afternoon are the responsibility of the office employees.
• On-call managers are responsible for issues that occur after office business hours.
• Offices may close early on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve holidays at 3 pm, if all
shifts are covered, per Director’s discretion.
• For office hours affected by inclement weather refer to Inclement Weather Policy (37-283).
