TEAM APPEARANCE & UNIFORMS
Process:
Team members are the cornerstone of Congressional Country Club’s culture. Team’s uniform should project a neat, well-groomed and professional image that clearly re ects the brand and culture of the Club. It is our goal that team members report to work every day appropriately dressed and adhere to all uniform standards. Remember, how you look and how you behave speaks volumes when you represent the Club.
Practice Points:
Personal cleanliness and grooming is the responsibility of each team member.
Team uniforms will be issued. It is the responsibility of each team member to keep uniforms neat and clean at all times. Clean, well- pressed pants/shorts with appropriate belts and pair of shoes are prescribed on a daily basis. If replacements are needed be sure to notify your supervisor immediately.
Uniform schedule will be sent out every three months and reminders will be sent out daily.
Hats will be issued; the bill needs to be facing forward at all times. The Club issue hat will be the only hat to be worn during work hours.
Attention to personal hygiene is mandatory.
When on property and off the clock, conservative, understated attire is the preference.
You will be issued a nametag. Nametags are to be worn at all times on the right chest, opposite club logo on your uniform. If replacement is needed, notify your supervisor immediately.
Men will remain clean shaven unless established facial hair is present at time of hire. Facial hair must be well kept and in good taste.
A smile is always your best accessory! Smiles are Free!
Radios and earpieces are part of your uniform!
