How Can You Bring FEA to Your District?
In-District Programs
FEA offers the most complete and comprehensive PROFESSIONAL Learning sessions at the
FEA Conference Center in Monroe, NJ and at several satellite locations throughout New Jersey
However, for those who cannot afford to be away from your school or district even for one day
to take advantage of these great learning opportunities, FEA conducts in-district programs for
almost every workshop offered, including LEGAL ONE school law training. We send our expert
instructors and coaches to your district and work with your entire team so that everyone can
immediately apply the techniques you learn and the knowledge you gain into your schools.
It all starts with a conversation.
1. Contact us and tell us what topics you would like addressed or what problems we can help
you solve. We will have the solution. Through conversation, we will get to know you, your
schools, and your district so that we can help to devise a comprehensive strategy for the
in-district learning and coaching you may need specifically tailored to address your issues,
whether it is a one-day session, a three-day series, or ongoing training throughout the year.
2. Contact us and tell us which specific program you would like us to share in your school or
district. Have you attended an outstanding PROFESSIONAL Learning session at FEA and want
to share that training with others? Did you see a workshop description on our web site or in
the Professional Learning Calendar of Events that sparked your interest, but you could not
attend the session? We can bring that same session to your district and train your whole team.
All programs are a full day, though we can customize to shorten the length of time in most cases.
A few programs are two or more days. Here are just a few of the more popular in-district topics.
• Connected Action Roadmap • Equity
• Teaching and Learning • Working with Struggling Learners
• Leadership and Communication • Working with English Language Learners
• SEL/Mindfulness • Anti-Bullying and HIB Regulations
• Climate and Culture in Schools • Anti-Discrimination and HR Policies
Our goal is to assist you in providing a coherent PROFESSIONAL Learning program that
is sustained and job-embedded. If you do not see a specific program that meets your
needs, please contact us at (609) 860-1200, and we will work to provide a program
tailored to your district or school.
