         About the Authors
                       Dr. Jennifer Sharp is currently the Director of Personnel at the Freehold Regional High School District
                       and coordinates the district’s Aspiring Administrators Academy. A former middle school teacher, high
                       school assistant principal and principal, Dr. Sharp is in her twenty-fourth year of service in New Jersey’s
                       public K-12 Education system. She received her doctorate in Education from Rowan University in 2016.


                       Dr. Ane Turner Johnson is an Associate Professor of Educational Leadership and the Program Director
                       for the Ph.D. in Education located in the Center for Access, Success, and Equity (CASE) at Rowan
                       University. She advises doctoral students in their transition from practitioners to practitioner-scholars and
                       teaches research methods and higher education content courses in the Ed.D. and Ph.D. programs.
