HOUSING: WHERE TO STAY IN ORLANDO
A block of rooms has been contracted at a number of hotels close to the Orange County Convention Center. Most of the hotels are either connected by skywalk, across the street, or within a five-minute walk from the convention center. The housing block will accommodate the AME Church’s leadership, delegates, alternates, and some observers.
Registration for the General Conference is required in order to access the Conference’s housing block. Upon completion of your online registration, you will be directed to a housing link to finalize your hotel reservation.
Housing for observers and guests will open on June 26, 2019. Register for the Conference at www. ame-church.com and follow the link to make room reservations. Housing reservations will be filled on a first come, first served basis. A minimum of four nights, with a four-night deposit, is required when making reservations. Housing confirmations will be emailed once the process is complete.
Housing for delegates and alternates will be facilitated through Episcopal Districts. Please contact your District Office for procedures and deadlines.
