OBSERVER REGISTRATION / FEES
Registration is only available online at www.ame-church.com. Several new features for registration for the 2020 General Conference have been added as a result of valuable feedback.
They include:
An Active Military/Spouse discount. To receive this discounted rate, a valid military ID must be presented onsite. Additional fees will be charged without proper identification.
PayPal will now be accepted for registration payments in addition to VISA, MasterCard,
and Discover only.
Observer registration for the General Conference opens June 26, 2019 and will remain open for the duration of the Conference.
NOTE: Delegates and Alternates will register through their Episcopal Districts. Bishops, general officers, college deans/ presidents and connectional officers will receive further instructions for registration before June 26, 2019.

*Youth observers will receive a backpack.
Registrations are non-transferable and there will be no refunds. Unclaimed registration material will not be shipped. For information or assistance with registration, contact the General Conference Call Center toll free at 1-833-628-6180 (Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST) or email support@amec-2020gc.org. The Call Center will open June 26, 2019.
