         Alpine View offers a weekly viewing of informative videos by a range of doctors, professors, scientists and dieticians
         which are inspiring and informative. At the end of every talk, viewers discuss the presentation and then share their
         personal opinions or experiences. As well as the weekly talks, we welcome a range of guest speakers regularly,
         focusing on one or more aspects of the Alpine TRILife Programme. TRILife talks are usually held weekly on Monday
         afternoons.

         Join Professor Maggie-Lee Huckabee and the team
         from  The  Rose  Centre  for  Stroke  Recovery  and
         Research as they discuss their latest research into
         stroke recovery.

         The Rose Centre helps individuals with swallowing
         and communication disorders recover function or
         achieve the best possible quality of life.

         Professor  Maggie-Lee  Huckabee  (Communication
         Disorders)  is  a  world  leader  in  cough-reflex
         research  and  the  head  of  The  Rose  Centre  for
         Stroke Recovery and Research.

         Maggie-Lee’s    research   interests   include
         rehabilitative  efficacy  for  dysphagia  (swallowing
         disorders),  biomechanical  analysis  of  swallowing
         and  neurophysiological  substrates  for  swallowing
         and neural recovery mechanisms.
