Premium Inspection & Testing is a leading nondestructive
testing (NDT) and inspection services company. Through its
operating subsidiaries, Premium provides critical inspection,
quality control, safety, and asset integrity services to
customers across a diverse range of industries and locations.
Calvert Street formed Premium in December 2012 to build a
diversified testing and inspection services platform in
partnership with long-time industry executive Jim Treat. The
NDT market represents a compelling investment opportunity
due to a variety of distinct characteristics, including: (i) its
highly fragmented competitive landscape; (ii) the recurring,
value-added nature of its services; (iii) its natural barriers to
entry; (iv) the diversity of its end-markets and customers
served; (v) the positive underlying market dynamics; and (vi)
the broad number of potential exit alternatives.

Over the course of the past four years, we have been fortunate
to invest in and partner with some of the best operators in the
industry in the form of Capitol Ultrasonics, Quad City Testing
Laboratories, and Permian NDT. Sharing resources across the
broader platform, Premium is well-positioned for continued
growth and operational excellence.
