Skills and Talent Project Programme Application Guidance
The information should include a breakdown of match funding to be provided and be
signed by someone in a position of authority in that organisation. The lead applicant
must submit these with the application, by the submission date.
2b. If the project intends to deliver activities under more than one of the Skills and Talent
Programme priorities, please estimate how much will be spent under each theme.
3. The Project
Project Plan
Full details of the programme priorities are set out in the Summary.
Bids must demonstrate how they align with at least one of the priorities.

• Provide a clear understanding of how the project activities reflect
the programme priorities.
• Provide a clear understanding of who will deliver the activities,
• Provide a clear understanding of how, when and where the project will be delivered,
• Provide a clear understanding of which individuals and businesses will benefit
from the project,
• Provide detailed information on what partners and regional delivery organisations
have been consulted during the preparation of the application.
• Detail evidence of need for the pilot project
3b. Provide information on the expected outcomes that the project will deliver against,
include figures for each of the relevant outcomes.
3c. Delivery Partners – All delivery partners should be listed, with roles and
responsibilities outlined.
