3d. Duplication and Innovation describe why the project is new or innovative
and is different to other skills delivery models that currently exist e.g.
• introducing new delivery approaches
• new approaches to delivering Career pathways in schools.
• collaboration across stakeholders
• new ways of using digital technology to support beneficiaries.
Provide evidence of where the project is innovative if similar programmes exist and how
this will meet the targets of the Skills and Talent programme.
3e. Sustainability - Describe the legacy of the pilot and how the activities will be funded
at the end of the pilot project. Please explain how you intend to sustain embed this
activity following the conclusion of the pilot activity.
3f. These key milestones must link to the proposed activities and demonstrate that
the project is deliverable. Actions to consider:
• securing internal approvals for the project or any other funding
• procurement for external services/suppliers
• project launch and recruiting beneficiaries.
• key points on the beneficiary journey
• recording out outputs achieved and the success of the project.
It is important to note that all projects will be monitored against these milestones.
