4. Governance and Capacity
The deliverability of projects is significant element of the criteria that will be used to
assess the funding bids. The application should demonstrate the experience the
applicant organisation has in delivering such projects.
4a. Outline the project delivery team and their roles and responsibilities.

applicant organisation has in delivering such projects.
Project costs must be based on the actual expenditure incurred in delivering the
project, evidenced through invoices or other transactions. Describe the process and
controls the organisation would use to ensure only costs related to the project are
included in grant claims.
4c. Complete Annex C. This should provide a clear summary of the key risks to
delivering the project activity and achieving the project’s objectives. Describe how
the risk identified in Annex C will be monitored, what systems will be used, who
is responsible. The project must demonstrate that risks have been considered and
appropriate plans are in place to keep the project on track.
4d. Subsidy Control. Describe any state aid implications associated with the project
and the delivery of its activities, also please describe what subsidy the organisation
has received over the last 3 years including the amount, and source of the grant.
4e. Describe any procurement generated by the project and detail how the contracts
will be promoted.
