Skills and Talent Project Programme Application Guidance
Applicant will also be required to demonstrate that an effective system is in place for the
collection, recording and reporting of all required data (including financial and outcome
related level data).

post completion.
6f. Outline the progression routes or expected destination of beneficiaries post-delivery.
7. Communication Plan & Publicity
Please confirm that the project will comply with branding and publicity requirements.
Failure to do so will mean your bid is rejected.
Branding and Publicity Guidance
The identity of the RLSP and the City deal is integral to the success of the programme,
there are a wide variety of stakeholders working in partnership to deliver the programme
and it is vital that all marketing, publicity and communication is delivered in a consistent
way by all.
The following guidance aim to help promote and publicise the activities of the Skills
and Talent programme and, to raise awareness of all projects leads and partners of the
programme which will help to ultimately promote what the programme aims to achieve
and who is funding the work.
It is the responsibility of the project lead to ensure that the guidance is followed
at all times.
