Your guide to working with us
Placing your order
To place an order with us either email or telephone our Client Service team directly, with details of the order, expected delivery date and delivery location. We usually request a minimum turnaround of 48 hours, but this does depend on your location, as in some regions more time is required for certification. On the other hand, quick, simple and local orders can be dealt with in a much shorter timeframe and your Client Manager will be able to advise on this.
Sourcing
We source from a wide range of specialist suppliers including Nice’s Marche d’Interet National and the wonderful Marche Forville in Cannes as well as countless independent farms specialist suppliers and luxury retailers.
Packaging
We take absolute care in the packing of your goods and provide you with the option to tell us exactly how you would like your order packaged. Our quality and temperature control systems ensure that your goods arrive in optimum condition.
Delivery
For both road and air freight orders, once the date and place of delivery is confirmed, we plan the delivery into our schedule and try to ensure that the goods reach you at a convenient time within a two hour window.
For road freight, fuel surcharges and tax/tolls are subject to change without prior notice. Air freight deliveries are shipped as ‘Ship stores in transit’, meaning that local import taxes are not applicable
Freight
We currently deliver to almost 150 land-based locations using our own fleet of Shore Solutions trucks and more than 60 international destinations via air freight, with more places adding to our logistics network all the time. Goods being transported to the majority of Mediterranean, Northern and Eastern European locations are served by road freight.

Once your delivery is complete, a member of our Client Service team will contact you to discuss your experience and ensure that you are happy with the order.
Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery if you are not completely satisfied and we will make every effort to resolve any issues – your satisfaction is always our goal.
