About the
Regional Learning and Skills Partnership (RLSP)
Who are we?
The RLSP are a conduit between Education, Employers and Welsh Government. We identify skills needs in the region by using Labour Market Intelligence (LMI) future prediction modelling and working closely with local employers. With this vital information we are then able to make sure the correct educational systems are in place coupled with relevant Government support to ensure opportunities in the region are maximised, employment remains buoyant and local businesses can recruit the best local talent which enables our economy to thrive. In short, we know what skills are needed now and into the future for South West Wales.
