FROM THE CHAIR
A warm welcome back to league rugby.
As I write this we are about to embark on another season after what must be described as an horrendous eighteen months. l really do hope we all get a decent run at playing some rugby.
I would like to welcome our three new first team coaches and wish them all the best in their new roles. We appear to have very competitive first and second team squads with great backup teams behind them.
l would like to take this opportunity to wish Andy Powell all the best at his new club and thank him for all his efforts over the past couple of seasons.
I wish our youth and mini teams a successful year and pray they get to play plenty of rugby. I personally thank all their coaches and helpers for the job they do.
We are very lucky to possess the best set of facilities out of any club in Wales. This has been brought about by the hard work of a generation of people within the club and has led us to be the successful institution we are today. We need to keep this up and support this group of gifted players.
We have worked tirelessly to keep the clubhouse afloat over the past year. With your support it will lead to fruition.
I would like to thank all our sponsors, Vice Presidents and my fellow board members for all their continued support
and welcome Andy Lewis as our new President.
I look forward to having a glass of beer with you at the clubhouse still ably being run by Sharon and her dedicated staff.
