                                                                  that have occurred in the past. He
                                                                  stressed the importance on how a com-
                                                                  pany should update their interviewing
                                                                  mindset and how to build a career for
                                                                  their techs, not just a job. Dodge talked
                                                                  about the three proven steps to know if
                                                                  you are building loyalty and value within
                                                                  your team and most importantly, how
                                                                  to avoid the biggest mistakes made in
                                                                  recruiting.
