Rob’s practice focuses on urban development, with an emphasis

on the acquisition and financing of critical infrastructure facilities
to serve residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use

projects. He serves as general counsel and bond counsel to
special purpose local governments that provide water, sewer,

drainage, road, and park facilities to developments of all types
across the greater Houston region. Rob also represents private

developers in negotiations with local government entities in
various land and economic development matters.

Education and Professional Background. Southern

Methodist University (B.S. in Economics, summa cum laude,
2000); Phi Beta Kappa; Omicron Delta Epsilon; University

of Montana School of Law (J.D., with honors, 2005); New York University School of Law
(LL.M. in Taxation, 2006).
