Brooke’s principal area of practice is real estate law. She has
represented landlords and tenants in office and retail leasing
transactions and purchasers, developers, owners, operators and
regional tenants in connection with the acquisition, disposition,
development, financing and leasing of commercial and residential
developments, including multi-family, mixed-use, office, and retail
projects.
Education and Professional Background. University of Houston
(B.S., Economics and Political Science 2008); South Texas College of Law (J.D., 2014).
Prior to joining the firm, Brooke’s practiced focused on specializing in all aspects of
commercial and residential real estate development and financing; retail and office
leasing; oil and gas acquisitions and title matters; and corporate entity formation.
