Master Planned Communities
Master Planned Communities, typically involving the
development of more than 1,000 acres, present unique
legal, political, and financial challenges. ABHR
attorneys possess a breadth of experience, developed
over the last 40 years, working on the development of
master planned communities.
ABHR attorneys have been associated with many of
the most highly regarded and successful master
planned communities in the greater Houston area,
including Cinco Ranch, First Colony, New Territory,
Shadow Creek Ranch, Sienna Plantation, Telfair,
Towne Lake, and Cross Creek Ranch. In the Austin
area, ABHR represents districts in the master planned
communities of Teravista, Falcon Pointe, Rocky
Creek, Sweetwater, Tavisso, Water Oak, and Wolf
Ranch.
