ABHR attorneys provide consultation on these
developments from initial conceptualization of
financing mechanisms to governmental approvals,
municipal and inter-local contract negotiations, and
creation of special districts. ABHR also provides
ongoing representation of the special districts as the
neighborhoods are fully developed. A well-
considered legal structure crafted at the initiation of a
large scale development project establishes a strong
foundation for sound development financing and
adds to the overall value of the community during
development and long afterwards.
Economic Development
ABHR attorneys have broad and historical
experience in representing landowners, developers,
and special purpose districts in negotiating a variety
of economic development and tax abatement

use of Local Government Code Chapter 380 and 381
Agreements with Texas counties and municipalities
