Friendship with the world is hatred
toward God

The above verse starts to say, You adulterous people. And
it continues to say, ‘don’t you know that friendship with the
world is hatred toward God? Anyone who chooses to be a
friend of the world becomes an enemy of God.’ Is there any-
one among you who doesn’t understand this saying? Who-
ever chooses to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of
God. Therefore, it is asking, don’t you know that friendship
with the world is hatred toward God? How would you answer
to this question? If anyone is still intimate with the world by
saying faith that they love God and believe in Jesus, don’t
you know that it is hatred toward God? It means if anyone is
close to the world while he says he believes in Jesus, he him-
self becomes an enemy of God.
If a woman who has a husband commits adultery with
another man, she has angered her husband, so wouldn’t she
