25th ANNIVERSARY
how competitive a game of welly-wanging can get.
A huge Kenyan barbecue was well-earned by all
taking part. Following this, evening entertainment
was provided by George Andrew, the winner of ‘British
Army Training Unit Kenya’s Got Talent’ who treated
us to an acoustic guitar and singing session. As those
who attended gathered for one final photograph it was
agreed that a great day was had by all.

Endnote

As an isolated unit, it was important that we
took the time to come together and, despite some
uncharacteristically unpredictable Kenyan weather,
the two days were a great way to celebrate the 25th
Anniversary of the formation of the Corps.
