FAQ
OPERATIONS
& TRAINING
Where can I find the Operations Guide?
The Operations Guide can be found in FranConnect > Library > Operations > Manuals and Protocols. Another way to locate it is to type
‘Operations Guide’ in the library search field. Its purpose is to provide consistency in the delivery of care, systems, and pricing. It is crit-
ical to the continued success of the brand. The steps outlined below detail the process that The Joint Corp. (The Franchisor) will use to
enforce network-wide compliance to its standards, policies, and protocols as defined in all manuals, guides, communications and agree-
ments.
When will I find out more about Phase I and Phase II training (i.e.; location, dates, what to bring,
training materials, etc.)?
A member of the training team will schedule a call with your RD/FBC and you within three weeks after you sign your Franchise Agree-
ment. After you sign your lease, training can be scheduled. The training team will send details of each training to your email so you can
make the appropriate arrangements.
Am I required to attend both Phase I and Phase II training?
Yes, all new franchisees are required to take both Phase I and Phase II training. During these two training weeks, you will learn what it
takes to run a successful business at The Joint. Whether you need help before you open your doors or after, we are here to support you
throughout your journey.
Is there a point of contact for training?
Yes, the training team member who conducts the initial Welcome Call will be your point of contact. The training team member is respon-
sible for answering questions related to Onboarding (getting your tools and resources). They will also prepare you for and assist you in
getting your training scheduled.
How do I register for training?
We will discuss how to register and when during the Welcome Call. If you are not ready to make a decision regarding your training
dates, we will send a link to a form so you can schedule training after the call.
